Who I am

My name is Nikolina Salvaggio. I have a degree in Business Law (Dipl. Wirtschaftrecht F.H.) and have completed a Master’s in Adult Education (Master in Erwachsenenbildung) . As the owner of an educational institute in Germany, I work as a trainer and coach in various fields of personal development.

Born in 1971 in Mannheim as a Yugoslav (now Croatian and German) citizen, I pursued my educational and career path in Germany. Now, I have relocated my home to beautiful Croatia and wish to stand by your side as an advisor and coach.

My Offer

Knowing how challenging it can be to find your way in a new country, especially when it comes to bureaucratic matters, I offer my services. If anyone needs support with administrative procedures and other issues, feel free to contact me. There is a lot to consider when emigrating, and every country, including Croatia (Istria), has its peculiarities.

My Croatian is at a very high level—I understand everything and can communicate very well with the locals. Admittedly, I do not yet have the full vocabulary for all specialized areas (construction and architecture, laws, etc.), but I am continually striving to improve and can explain the contents to you and the Croatians in an understandable manner.

I bring my experiences, skills, and knowledge as an advisor and coach to support you in the best way possible. I look forward to helping you find your way in Croatia (Istria) and understanding how things work here.

Polako, polako – or when things take a bit longer

You may have already heard the expression “polako, polako”? Some things in Croatia take a bit longer; however, there are also matters that can be resolved more simply and without complications.
